Roasted Pears

Kosher salt and pepper — 1/2 tbsp.

maple syrup — 2 tbsp.

walnuts, toasted — 1/2 c.

Details

STEP 1

Heat oven to 425°F. On large rimmed baking sheet, toss pears with oil and 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper. Roast 10 minutes.

STEP 2

Toss pears with syrup, then roast until pears are golden brown and tender, 5 to 6 minutes more. Fold in walnuts and serve.
